Laundry Service, Inc. was established by William Edward Bloomfield, Sr.
(WEB) as a coin-operated laundry company focused on improving the
profitability and quality of laundry service for apartment owners and their
tenants. With a devotion to industry leading customer service and innovation,
WEB became one of America's largest coin-operated laundry providers
serving the multifamily and hospitality industries.

Bill Bloomfield, Jr. managed the WEB business for over 3 decades and
in 2003, spun off the real estate holdings of WEB to create an independent
company focused on the acquisition and management of multifamily
communities, Baron Real Estate, Inc.

Baron's mission is to leverage its knowledge of the multifamily business
and base of private equity, to create a diverse, risk-adjusted real estate
